AVID Codec Packages (LINK)
There are two codec packages available from Avid:
- Avid Codecs LE – available here:
- Macintosh
- Windows
- Avid Codecs PE – available only with Avid editing applications
Avid Codecs PE contains the MPEG IMX codec while the Avid Codecs LE package does not because of end-user licensing issues. You can find the Avid Codecs PE installer under Installers\AvidCodecsPE.
